By downloading, installing, or using Roulette Night ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Roulette Night is an entertainment and discovery app that suggests restaurant and activity pairings based on your location, preferences, and selected mode. Suggestions are generated using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) combined with venue data from Google Places.
We are not a reservation service, booking platform, or venue operator. We provide suggestions and information to help you plan your evening. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, pricing, or operating hours of any suggested venue. Always verify venue details (hours, menu, accessibility, pricing) before visiting.
You must create an account to use Roulette Night. You sign in using a one-time email code — no password is required. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our systems, including your spin history, favorites, and saved plans.
Free Plan: All users receive 3 spins per day at no cost. Free users have access to all 8 modes and all features except unlimited spins.
Pro Plan: Subscribers to Roulette Night Pro receive unlimited daily spins. Pro subscriptions are available as monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly ($39.99/year) plans.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
To manage or cancel your subscription: Use your device's subscription settings (Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). We cannot process cancellations or refunds directly — these are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.
You agree to use Roulette Night for its intended purpose: discovering restaurants and activities for personal enjoyment. You agree not to:
Use the App to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect venue data. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App. Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App. Create multiple accounts to circumvent the free spin limit. Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure. Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Roulette Night app, including its design, code, branding, and AI-generated curation logic, is our intellectual property. Venue data (names, photos, ratings, reviews) is provided by Google Places and belongs to Google and the respective venue owners and reviewers.
You may share your spin results with friends using the App's built-in share feature. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content.
Venue Information: Restaurant and activity details (hours, prices, menus, photos, ratings) come from Google Places and may be outdated or inaccurate. We display this information as-is and do not independently verify it. Always confirm details directly with the venue.
AI-Generated Suggestions: Our pairing suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality, relevant recommendations, AI can make mistakes. Suggestions should not be taken as professional advice of any kind.
"As Is" Service: Roulette Night is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roulette Night and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roulette Night and its creators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Places, Anthropic Claude, Clerk, RevenueCat, and OpenWeatherMap. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
When you tap venue links (directions, phone, website), you will be directed to third-party apps or websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
